Suggested use

Use the amount of Creatine indicated for your body weight:

  • Less than or equal to 140 pounds = 5 to 6 grams per day
  • 141 lbs to 168 lbs = 6-7.5 grams per
  • 169 pounds to 199 pounds = 8 grams per day
  • 200 lbs to 242 lbs = 8 to 10 grams per day
  • 242 lbs + = 10 to 12 grams per day

Remember to drink at least 12 glasses of water a day, while you consume it.

Creatine Monohydrate Powder

It is the most studied supplement in history. It has been shown to offer benefits during a physical workout, for brain activity, protects the cardiovascular system, and the recovery of people with chronic diseases.

Ingredients: rBGH and rBST hormone-free ultrafiltered whey protein isolate, whey protein isolate, cocoa powder (processed with alkali), natural chocolate flavor, sunflower lecithin, salt, xanthan gum, nonfat dry milk, glycosides. Steviol Rebaudioside A (Stevia rebaudiana, leaves) and enzyme mixture (lactase, protease, lipase, amylase).

This product is manufactured and packaged in a facility that may also process milk, soybeans, wheat, egg, peanuts, tree nuts, fish and crustacean shellfish.

It could cause muscle cramps when consumed with too little fluid.

For best results, take creatine after training. If you want to take more on a training day (i.e. 10g), take half before training and half after training.

You would not lose muscle mass. However, you could lose a few pounds because you will lose the volume of water in the intracellular tissues.
